Jaslyn, Elaine and Rie are coming together once again in this specially curated session, to bring you a healing experience like no other! Reiki, breathwork meditation, and sound healing are powerful healing modalities on their own, and we are combining them to take you to a space of deep healing and gentle transformation.
The session will begin with Rie leading you on a 20 minutes transformative pranayam sequence. In the next 1 hour, Elaine and Rie will co-create a sound journey with 16 alchemy crystal singing bowls and vocal toning, while Jaslyn gives intuitive Reiki to the group to support and integrate your healing.
